Adding Credits to Your Account

To use the Doubleword Batch API, you'll need to have credits in your account as it operates on a pay-per-token pricing model. Before making any API calls, ensure your account has sufficient funds by adding credits through the steps outlined below.

You can add credits to your account through the Doubleword Console using either of these methods:

Method 1: Using the Balance Button Click on the Balance button located in the top right corner of the Doubleword Console. This will take you directly to the Billing Page.

Method 2: Through Your Profile Click on your Profile Name in the bottom left corner of the console, then select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Once on the Billing page, you'll see your Transaction History displayed. To add funds:

1. Click the +Add Credit to Balance button
2. On the payments page that appears, enter the amount you wish to add
3. Complete the payment process following the on-screen instructions

Your account balance will update immediately after the transaction is processed.
